Wata games sued for market manipulation

Wata Games, a video game grading company, came under heavy fire last year from myself and others over attempts to create an artificial speculative bubble in the collectibles market. Recently, a lawsuit was filed over these allegations.

They are simply smart. Getting that amount of money from dumb people should be allowed.

i collect games avidly and have no problem paying top dollar for rare old games i want.

that being said, if i see a WATA graded game i avoid it all costs regardless of price. It's really easy because all of them are overpriced anyways, but if i see WATA, as a serious game collector, I immediately consider it worthless.

Toxic name and brand, this crap is going to go under very soon and i will suitably be laughing while i watch them fold
