Well as someone born in 1994, i don't really remember the 90s that much but since a lot of things from the 90s stayed into the 00s I do remember hearing people say "All that and a bag of chips"
or when everybody use to say "psych" or what seems to be typed out as "Sike" more nowadays when you bamboozled somebody.
Also I rarely if ever hear someone call somebody a Nincompoop anymore.
