Fantastic game.
Talking of bosses, I really did like a lot of World of Warcraft ones back in the day.
I remember the first time I ever did molten core and fighting Ragnaros, it was the scale of the fight that I found incredible.
The fight is/maybe not the greatest fight I have ever encountered but what it did amazingly well to me was that it made you feel so small and insignificant fighting it.

Everything in DMC3 was awesome
Loved the Psycho Mantis Boss fight in MGS1 that was mind blowing
And the final boss fight in MGS4 aaginst liquid ocelot was epic
