For physical I would say tekken 8, always been a massive Tekken fan and absolutely love it.

For digital I got Helldivers 2, I couldn't find the physical game in any stores and the Amazon listing had a 2 week waiting period for the delivery so I just bought it digitally.

What about you guys?

Donkey Kong country and PC futbol 5.0 in 1997.

Last digital I think mafia remastered last year. That's without counting games redeemed from Amazon prime subs.

Outer Heaven
Physical: Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth

Digital: Homefront Revolution for just a few bucks on sale

Now I stay away from digital as much as possible and it's usually reserved for digital only titles. But it was dirt cheap and I had a few bucks on the account left over from a few months back.

Technically, Rise of the Ronin.

Digitally, if we exclude digital crap, then Spider Man 2 which i got with collectors edition.

Killzone shadowfall is the last game i ever a bought boxed version of. And that’s because I expected to be a bad enough game to trade in… which it was.

Never buying physical ever again. Digital sales are cheaper and more efficient. No midnight launches. No reason to get ripped off at GameStop.

Not really, no. Also digital keeps the price up for MUCH longer.

There’s forever flash sales on psn on-going every week. So no. Physical would have cheaper sales too now don’t get me wrong…. Because physical sales are dead. What is it now, like 30% of game sales?

According to Sony, over 50% of 3rd party games like RE4 also sold more physically on PS.

The digital data also includes any and all DLC, making the actual full game data in favor of physical even more.

Capcom's data: https://gameworldobserver.com/2024/01/31/resident-evil-4-sales-6-48-million-copies-capcom-q3-report

but sales of physical copies grew 38% year-over-year.

Digital: XB3 DLC (its a stand-alone campaign but no physical version is available)
Physical: Hogwarts Legacy

I refuse to buy digital unless physical is unavailable or some obscenely expensive limited print.

Physical : Final Fantasy Rebirth, last week
Digital : I'm a little unsure, but I think it's the remaster of the two Klonoa game, something like a month ago
