What would future Dragon Quest games look like..

In terms of character design and art style? With Akira Toriyama's passing, would they completely change the art style and character designs for future games from a new artist or try to emulate his look?

I suppose SE will still work with Studio Bird (or, if the Studio dismantle after Toriyama death, some artists that was formed at that Studio) and, while not exactly emulate his look, the new design will be in close proximity to the old. We will not see this, anyway, at least until XIII. Any DQ related games that are at the moment in development, should already have enough preliminary design done by Toriyama that whoever is going to finish the design will limit themselves to completely emulate Toriyama style
