June 13th, 2016 Resident Evil VII: Biohazard was revealed at PlayStation E3 2016 (To this day I still think is the best E3 showing ever!)

June 11th, 2018 Resident Evil 2 Remake is revealed at PlayStation E3 2018

December 10th, 2019 Resident Evil 3 Remake is revealed at State of Play 12/10/2019

June 11th, 2020 Resident Evil 8: Village is reveal at The PlayStation Showcase 2020

June 2nd, 2022 Resident Evil 4 Remake at State of Play 06/02/2022

For me I would rank it like this:
1. RE7 E3 2016 (Still the most shocking gaming reveal i have ever seen)
2. RE2 Remake E3 2018
3. RE4 Remake State of Play June 2nd, 2022
4. RE3 Remake State of Play December 10th, 2019
5. RE8 Village PlayStation Showcase (I love the game but the reveal just was too out there and needed to play the game to get a better idea of what it was like)

Resident Evil Outbreak remake, RE Revelations 3, Resident Evil 5 remake, Resident Evil 9, Resident Evil Code Veronica remake, Resident Evil Zero Remake, Resident Evil 1 re-remake... all them looked great in the PS Showcase, Dusk Gollem was super right with all of them.

It is cheessse... it is B horror movie quality... it is amazing even today.

Unmatchable... these following the game scene in 1996 know what I'm talking about.

by reveal I meant offical announcement at a playstation event.

So Resident Evil 2 Remake's August 2015 reveal doesn't count cause that was by Capcom themselves.
Also doesn't include Resident Evil Resistance as that was TGS 2019

Pretty much anytime a new Resident Evil Game was shown off for the first time at a PlayStation event

Max Dood and Easy Allies reaction to RE2 remake was the absolute best. Back then we didn’t know what the fuck these remakes would look like so seeing for the first time that damn, these are some expensive ass looking remakes was mind blowing.

I’m still torn between 7 and RE2R but I think RE2 just hit harder for me. First time I saw Leon? Phew
