Xbox expected 31M Gamepass Subscribers ending balance by FY22

Found in the FTC's document leak, Phil Spencer confirmed that the P&L statement for FY22 included an expected 31M Xbox Game Pass sub ending balance

this guy doesn't make any sense, he says they're planning on 9.6m console sales for the calendar year, and that they could sell 2-3x that if given supply...but the next sentence he says they could sell 12m units with supply? that's not 2-3x phil, that's fucking +20%.
