Maybe it was misconstrued as a 360 game itself but that Expedition 33 game was what it actually was. Did look interesting and turn based
The brand and publisher yes, the developer studio (Virtuos) is from China.
I don't know why people were expecting capcom games at xbox showcase, every major capcom franchise always has PS marketing, even their vaporware like deep down was shown at PS e3. The most surprising thing is no visions of mana at the showcase it is supposed to release this summer
