Let's hope Eurogamer gets shut down and everyone there never gets another job in the industry.
It's funny how the xbots keep attacking Chris because they don't like the numbers but anyone paying attention knows he does damage control for Xbox. Pro-Starfield, Pro-Activision articles, changing the way he reports number when it makes Xbox look bad (platform split, previous sales comparison for Xbox/Beth, digital ratio disclaimer).

I could care less what other businesses the parent company is into, their video game media business is to shill for Xbox. Thread title is accurate.
Interesting. Maybe they can't sustain operations without Uncle Phil's checkbook. Maybe Xbox stepping out of the hardware business is legit; if they don't own a platform the incentive becomes far less to buy influence to get people to buy it.

I lived trough the famous 16bit era super Nintendo vs sega mega drive & 32bit era ps1 s n64 ect
It was kind toxic but it was fun the fans didn't take it that seriously
Even in the HD era ps3 vs360 it wasn't that serious
But these current xbox series x fans are weird
either these people are ai bots or mentally ill people hired by MS to promote their dead brand

Well I just checked and their parent company has 35k employees and utterly dwarfs all but the largest games publishers in value. So theThey are so large, i Never heard of them

That's cuz these clowns aren't actually gamers, they're just Phil worshippers. Console wars used to be about games, now its about everything but games, these people can't discuss games because they barely actually play any games. They few that do play games know they can't compare games because their games simply aren't as good, so they had to move the discussion to something else. So now it's about who acquires more, who has more layoffs, whos more "pro consumer", what's the best value, who "communicates with fans better", a bunch of bs that have nothing to do with actual games. Xbox has completely lost its identity and so has it's "fans", that's why a lot of them come off as deranged, they don't even know what they're arguing in favor of, they just want to argue.
If you could care less, why do you care so much? I couldn't care less, really.
