Well, as long as it is a setting, Xbox will allow it. Parity does not allow removal of features between S and XInteresting that they have a setting that prevents you from crossplaying series x with series s. Surprising that MS allowed that considering their parity requirements.
More like lazy coding to me. If you can run a game at 1440p 30 you can absolutely run it at 720p 60 provided you are not CPU bound, which you are not on the series S.
If anything it would be better for the series S to focus on lower resolutions and high framerates due to having only 10 GB of memory.
I mean... they bought a series sDropping it down to 720p would be far worse.
Alot of people will be playing this on massive tvs, 720p will look awful.
They bought into the lies that Series S can run every game at 60fps but lower resolutionI mean... they bought a series s
Yeah in the inside series s video, ronald mcdonald said it would provide the same experience as the x but at a reduced rendering resolution. They bought into the lies that Series S can run every game at 60fps but lower resolution

The frauds understandably had to remove that video from the xbox channel.
Lol do you understand the shitstorm it would have started if people actually found out that the resolution would have to be dropped all the way down to 720p to acheive provide the same experience? Nobody expected the resolution to be dropped down to 720p.I see no lies there. S and X have the same CPU and storage type. There are games running at 720p already and a fighting game most of all should focus on high framerates so I don't see how 720p 60 would be a worsechooce than 1440p 30.
If those users have 4k TV why would they get a series S? Series S is a 1080p console. The only viable alternative for 4k is high end NVIDIA PC gaming.
But the series s already has games that drop to ~500pLol do you understand the shitstorm it would have started if people actually found out that the resolution would have to be dropped all the way down to 720p to acheive provide the same experience? The fact that xbox have removed this video from there channel is admission they absolutuley didn't want their fraudlent behaviour in the public.
I'm just waiting for the day the inside series s video to dissappear from ign.
That's not bad coding, that's choice. Casual consumers don't follow the industry like we do. Game companies will prioritize resolution over FPS because that's what the casual market notices. Much easier to market resolution than FPS.More like lazy coding to me. Yeah, although that was found after microsoft defrauded millions of people. But the series s already has games that drop to ~500p
