Bethesda Game Studio and maybe id are all that is going to remain from their Bethesda acquisition.

Fallout 76 and Starfield were very humiliating and damaging to their reputation, another miss and they could get in trouble as well.

It's not growing for MS. They're shrinking everywhere, and on every platform (console/PC/mobile).

Employees from Microsoft/Xbox acquired studios must be pumping out their resumes in mass right now. Unfortunately, a lot of the roles in the industry are other recently Microsoft/Xbox acquired studios :-/

More like outsourcing the duties of the office.
Now that Tango is closed, they really only got localization and a few miscellaneous duties.
But as we all know, US tech companies like Microsoft loves to cheapen out on support like this.
Everything is outsourced and/or run through machine translation/AI.
This is also why Bethesda France has been closed a few months ago too.
