no one would play it on Xbox, just like no one plays FF14 on Xbox. It's a bro shooter console and they've leaned into that identity for over a decade except for like the last 4 years where they tried unsuccessfully to turn it into the indie cheapo-box.

its not even the dudebro shooter console anymore, CoD doesn't even sell well on there. It's now purely for cheap people that rely on gamepass and won't even acknowledge a game if it isn't on gamepass. Aka the worst demographic ever.

Is this the first Hoyoverse game to release simultaneously with PS? Honkai Starrail was like a 6 month wait. This is nice live service gatcha games need to release on intended platform simultaneously especially if PS is paying, marketing & trying further build a relation w PS & Hoyoverse games

Plus if I remember a lot of Genshin Impact blowing up is that a good gatcha game release simultaneously or release shortly to PS during the pandemic which was a great timing since there was lacking of new F2P games on PS especially these kinda gatcha waifu game that don’t really releases on PS.

Just by PS relation with Genshin it resulted in those gatcha game releasing exclusive to PS but with Switch 2 I think that will change. Sony needs to get there own mobile gatcha waifu studio that can make those game that releases on PS & Mobile simultaneously.

I think Sony should consider acquiring them.

They are being very loyal and Sony should appreciate that.

I would say the same but there tied to china & not sure about politics.

Maybe a major investment to keep them exclusively to PS & expand there ip with anime, movies & tv shows through Sony pictures or PS productions
