A little bit more context about it, I'm pretty sure this was a early 3ds e-shop title. It wasn't that good but it was very ambitious for what it was, I personally never got further than about 3 hours into it, but I would recommend it to anyone with a 3ds lying around.
I played Cyberpunk 2077 on release (pc), first ps5 update and this week again. It is just a better game overall, better writing, better designed, more graphically appealing, better skill trees and better gunplay.

I would agree with poor man Dino Crisis if the series wasn't dead for over 20 years now, It's more like the schizophrenic ramblings of a man who swears that Dino Crisis was a real game and not a fever dream.
