Who made the call to acquire ABK?

That's the person who sealed Xbox's fate. If it was something Satya wanted and Phil just had to go along with it, then it's not really Phil's fault that they are where they are currently.

They could've still been under the radar with just the Zenimax buyout and all those other studios prior to ABK.
