It is a main DQ just not new… a new one should do over 3 million in Japan at launch. That is what the last one did (DQXI did close to 3.5m physical at launch week). But maybe digital plays a big role now so maybe some 2 million with the rest being digital. -

I think that is just how much they need to get in unit terms. Probably the $$$ they got with the Gamepass and PS++ deal are converted to units… so it decrease the number of units needed to have a 100% ROI.
