Steam is synonymous to PC gaming, there is a reason why pubs and devs just puts the "Steam logo" in trailers and marketing and not the old standard "PC game" logo (some does though, like Bandai Namco America or Europe, one of them).
But of course we also have those other big games like...
There were too many words for that.
Also, why do PC players deserve Steam? What does Joe Gamer who uses his time on CS2 and Euro Truck Sim 2 deserve to have Steam shut down?
Of course regulators can stop this. Valve themselves is also private, so doesn't matter how much money MS is willing to...
It's so fascinating to see how people on this forum knows about Sonys economics more than Sony themselves.
I mean, we all know it's just driven by that people here simply don't like that Playstation games can now be played on PC, that's all.
If PC which is a dying platform (well according to some people here) is one of the greatest treats to Playstation than Playstation must already be very weak.
Didn't expect something dying to be a treat to anything.
There is no launcher planned that we know of, whatever you read about rumors was clickbait. There was no launcher mentioned in any Spider-Man files.
But people here keep going with it for some reason.
This is the dumbest take Ive seen on this forum so far today.
It's the opposite, people are angry that Tango is shutdown and are praising Tango, the devs and the game itself and tells MS to go fuck off.
Shareholders are more important to a publicly traded company like Sony than angry customers.
If sharesholders wants Sony to release games on PC, Sony will do it.
