Its pissing me off too. I wonder if its done and being held back or if today's pitiable devs cannot work their brains around an NES masterpiece (or its vastly improved SFC port.)

It doesn't stand out as a great year for me, even though Baldurs Gate might be an all-time banger.

I feel like I'm still waiting for the real next-gen thing. Alan Wake is a taste, but maybe too guided of an experience. I don't think we've seen the Uncharted 4 of this generation that puts all the pieces together.
