Ubisoft is making a precedent on Steam as Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD will not be accessible following September 1st, 2022. Even if you already bought it, a bar new low for consumers.

It was at -75% discount days ago on the Steam Summer sale.

This is ridiculous...if you bought it, you own it and should be able to access it.

Glad I still believe in physical games and ownership. Have to be careful who you trust.... they can really just try and screw you over and use red herrings like...

Accessibility and ease of use and play anywhere...... now you can play nowhere.

They clarified you will still have access to the game and can download it, just not the DLCs and Online. Not sure if the game had any paid DLCs, but if it did, it's absolutely disgusting.

You will be unable to link Ubisoft accounts in-game or use online features.

Additionally, the installation and access to DLC will be unavailable.
