That old document was when BG3 was Stadia-exclusive. It's totally irrelevant and everything can change in 5 minutes with a phone call.
Wait, will this be limited edition copies or not? If it is some sort of limited edition I will not be able to get it.

No. It was a sheet with internal guesstimates for what publishers would ask for to get games on gamepass.
They laughably underestimated BG3's price.
