It could be anything from a Legend of Dragoon Remake to Bloodborne Remastered in that box! We'll need the best guesers to figure this one out.
Also for those unaware, Bluepoint did indeed help with God of War: Ragnarok. What's in the box?
There are 3 gift boxes open with their 3 most recent projects, plus another one that still isn't open that clearly represents it's their next unannounced, upcoming project. Also, compared to the other boxes this is a bit more in the back, like a bit hidden, again hinting a secret project.
For me it's surprising that while the other three boxes have typical decoration patterns, other than the red cords it's only a brown cardboard box, which could be a hint for Metal Gear Solid (I wouldn't bet on it) or to have another meaning, like being an unfinished project.
The sword of SotC is shining as did in the game, somewhat pointing to that box. SotC remake PC port coming maybe?
Maybe we can assume it's other IP, one that has big monsters on it so makes the SotC sword shine. One with an iconic weapon maybe. So Bloodborne could fit. Maybe a remaster + PC port with some extra content maybe, to have it on time for a tv adaptation as they did with Uncharted or TLOU. PC players are constantly begging for this port, and could be nice to release it some time before a PS5 exclusive Bloodborne sequel, something they did with Horizon, GoW 2018 or even Spider-Man.
What was the old tweet that alluded to many games? Weren't we theorising a Castlevania revival, or did BluePoint have something to do with CV Collections/Netflix anime that I never caught?
Castlevania is a Konami IP, not a Sony IP. It's like to ask Bluepoint to make a Mario + Halo crossover game. Why Sony would want to use an IP that is owned by other game publisher and that sells like crap compared to any average Sony IPs?
