Calm down, take a breath and consider the context.
When it comes to availability Microsoft has a massive advantage over Sony simply because of Azure. They're already everywhere, it's baked in. For Sony to get datacenters up in running in these areas JUST for gaming... is simply expensive.
Yes, they are big countries and a lot of people game in them, but the return on investment for infrastructure isn't there yet for either country. That can change over time, but that's the reason why Sony isn't in there for cloud streaming.
Not only does Sony need to get datacenters they need to get expensive PS5 server blades going. Sony has just recently started selling PS5s at a profit despite what was said by Bloomberg. They have to consider thoughtfully where they put these things and where they can overlap with other regions in an efficient way.
Brazil is also physically a massive country which makes it even more difficult to service them because you probably want to have better approximation to the end user. Gamers per square mile is going to be a problem and certainly not as dense as you're seeing in those supported countries.
