Destiny 2 Showcase on the journey beyond Final Shape - Monday 6/10 @ 12pm ET

Luke Smith revealed prior to Final Shape’s gameplay reveal that after the expansion’s release Bungie would be discussing the future of Destiny. This should be that and if there’s any word about Destiny 3. You’d hear it here but more than likely this will just unveil their new live service model with a few cryptic teases.

Episode 1 of the live narrative launches tomorrow. A new episodic seasonal narrative that will attempt to reinvent Destiny’s live service model and continues the story after the events of Final Shape and the conclusion of the Light and Dark saga.

Final Shape has been fantastic with near universal praise from fans. I have yet to play the raid… next weekend.

I'd like them to allow to play the D1 & D2 lost story content even if with current overpowered weapons & stats.

And announce that they'll keep a low profile on Destiny 2 new updates other than with these story bits because most the team moves to Destiny 3 after The Final Shape.

Details all three episodes. Nessus revisited and rebuilt for episode 1. Episode 2 fallen vampire haunted castle theme and introduces potion crafting. Dreadnaught comes back in Episode 3.

At the end they tease Year 11 of Destiny 2 with an expansion teased as Codename: Frontiers for 2025.
