Most of patch are releasing on PS4 and the new graphical upgrades to PS5 are very well lazy.

Free or paid makes no difference for misleading marketing.
What marketing was misleading? They promised a Series and PS5 build of Witcher 3, and are delivering that, free for owners of the Bone/PS4 versions, and as an added surprise they are putting out new patches for the Bone/PS4 versions.

The fact they called it a “next-gen” patch is misleading.
Firstly most of the patch updates will affect PS4 version and the PS5 only graphical upgrades are very lacking.
You're kinda special, aren't you? They are releasing a native next-gen build for free, and patching some of the improvements to the older versions. No false advertising there.

How is it misleading when the features they are adding to the game are, in fact, next-gen? It pretty much has all the features that every other game that has come out this new gen has. Cyberpunk is a perfect comparison.
