Lol it became true, but reversed on the associated platform.

he is one of the best reviewers out there to date, but he didn't get review copy, whole story in the video.

''This situation reminds me of that Game of Thrones line from Tyrion. “When you tear out a man’s tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you’re only telling the world that you fear what he might say.” Thanks for letting us know about how they treated you, and I think that alone is enough for me to not buy the game.''

''The fact that EA stopped replying to you or misled you about getting a review code is actually an issue in my opinion. Transparency is very important in these situations.''

''As a dev myself (not Veilguard, but on a similarly-sized game) — yes you are absolutely correct. Publisher/Developer PR is completely unabashed about their goal of manipulating the press and public for more sales of the game. Early positive preview coverage is more likely to lead to invites to even more exclusive events, and continued positive coverage is likely to lead to review codes (and the opposite is true - bad coverage will lead to lack of responsiveness or limited access). This is a tale as old as time - multiple big outlets (IGN, Eurogamer, Kotaku) have even been blacklisted by certain publishers (Square Enix, Ubisoft, Konami, etc.) over their negative reviews before.''

Fextralife not getting a review code surprised me. He wasn't demeaning the game with his preview impression he pointed out quite a few of positives and his negatives came across as constructive.

even if he was demeaning the game, he would do it in constructive way. it just show, that they are trying to silence people.

WTF IS THEY. It's a single person. This is straight up mental illness.
You are either man or woman and that's it. No amount of operations and pretending is changing that.
Who do you like to bang is other question and entirely unrelated.

I would drink @Sircaw aquarium water in a heartbeat. What does that make me?!

Preorder in. Have enjoyed pretty much every Biowsre game I've plaued, including DA2, ME Andromeda and even Anthem (gameplay and combat was great, story meh and end game shit).

Watched and read some reviews and seems ris a safe bet I'll like this well enought. Will start on PS5 and then jump over to PS5 Pro in a couple weeks to see the difference since it has a Pro patch.

Skillup savaged this piece of shit. Just saw that review.

Embarrassment. BioWare is dead. This looks worse than anything they’ve ever made.

I’m not even joking. This turd looks like it was made by AI.

Best entry in the series

Better than DA Origin lol

BlackRock paycheck and EGS score reward finally pays off congrats

Its the complete opposite of what tester says

I stopped trusting Eurogamer with their reviews back when they complained about the lack of diversity in that game that was set in medieval Europe.

I mean, this is the first time I see a Dragon Age game that I think looks... kind of bad, at least not aimed at "adults/teens", technically speaking it's alright, but it doesn't have the right vibe for this kind of game.

I have not played the PS4 game yet (it's right there on the shelf).

It's kind of sad to see one of the main studios in this genre go down that route.
