Wow Microsoft really is hitting rock bottom with regulators. The EU is looking into its cloud dominance, the CMA has killed any and all current future acquisitions that even intersect with cloud and the FTC has a hate boner out for them.

Now just think about the sus stuff they could pull acquiring ABK's user data for themselves. Tangentially related evidence that works against MS in the acquisition, that's for damn sure.
