Spiderman files listed PSPC as a tag for Trophies and also Cross-Buy, they have the PS Plus app for Windows, so this PS App for Windows will probably replace it and will probably feature a native PS Plus subscription instead of just Cloud versions... matter of time
If they ever implement cross-save (I think they'll do it some day), it would be done via cloud saves, which are a PS Plus (paid) feature.
Meaning, that pretty likely to connect/synchroize the progression via cloud game in both platforms you'll need PS Plus.
That would give another reason for PC players to get PS Plus, in addition to the current cloud gaming. And who knows, they may even include native PC games in their PS Plus Premium sub down the line too.
It's so weird that they're putting the GTX 960 4GB and the RX 5500 XT in the same bracket. The latter is over 2x faster.
And they're even going with the 4GB version which is rather obscure.
