Cross-gen and PS4’s install base… yea it’s gonna blow away all previous games for certain.

No thank you good sir.
Agreed, absolutely no interest in this whatsoever. I would rather GoW franchise end than remaking GoW (2005). I would like a 4K 120fps version of it though with maybe redone textures, but other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Even a tv series would be better than remaking 1

of course but for sure i wouldnt be getting this on ps4

1080p 30fps and all that
All PS4 was was 90% 1080p 30fps... Which was a significant upgrade from the previous gen, not to say that the ps5 version is doesn't do significantly better (having the ps5 I wouldn't go back).

So people who play on PS4 get what they're used to.

It's time to go to Egypt, i wanna fight Rah god this time.

Per some of the comics, Kratos has already been in Egypt. I wonder if he'll go back there. It would make a fun game. The problem is that the timeline would be messed up. Sparta takes place around 400 BC. GoW 2018 occurs at an unspecified time, but after he visited Egypt. Even if we assume GoW takes place just a few years after the original games, we're already at late era ancient egypt and getting dangerously close to the Ptolemaic period. I can't imagine the game occurring during this period or the roman one though, as deities were already changing into an hybrid of egyptian and greek.

Looking forward to see sales in the other countries, specially in Europe.

It would be also nice to see if Sony mentions the worldwide sales for the first week, something I assume they'll do if it beats the 4 million copies sold of TLOU2's best PlayStation 4 exclusive launch week sales record.

As a reference, these are the first week sales:
TLOU2 4M (3 days)
FFVIIR 3.5M (3 days)
Spider-Man 3.3M (3 days, sold over 20M not counting PC)
GoW 2018 sold 3.1M (3 days, sold over 20M not counting PC)
Uncharted 4 2.7M
Horizon ZD 2.6M (sold over 20M also including PC)
GoT 2.4M (3 days)
TLOU 1.3M (sold over 20M, including the remaster but not counting the remake or PC)
