I was going to make one tomorrow. but they dropped the trailer, so i made a bit earlier for convenience.
More than one major city other than Vice City? Getting my hype meter up.
The trailer got leaked on Twitter, I was going to post it but the tweet was nuked less than a minute ago.

Brazil leaks true? Then probably Vice Beach as a minor city and one more (the gold coast towns above it) and a swamp village.
