I feel like the more common leaks have become the worse we've all become at documenting them. Back in the Sonic Retro, Assembler, beta64, Lost Levels and a select few more were really anal and made everything public. Now? Yeah, don't expect anybody to show most of this shit off to you, like, ever.

Yup, when the old gameplay footage of GTA Vi got leaked, some internal docs with Bully 2 details came out. The game got canned because GTA:O was too successeful already.
So that shitty online crap killed more SP content. Just great. Such a shame.
There's nothing shitty about GTA Online and from financial perspective they made the right choice. That's what's funding GTA 6 budget.
As if all the sales of GTAV weren't enough of that.
Nothing shitty about GTA online, apart from a game designed to squeeze as much as possible from whales. A game where every single gameplay mechanic is designed to have you waste as much time as possible, in order to drive you into shark cards. It's a second job if you want to be able to afford anything, as they bloated the prices and messed up the economy, which wasn't that great in the first place.
Gta online is everything that's wrong with modern GaaS.
So you have an issue with the monetary aspect of the game and that's fine. The game itself is not shitty and it's not like you are forced to spend and spend and spend. I still think it's one of best executed virtual experiences ans realized worlds.
A Bully 2 would have been great but did they make the right decision for their company financially absolutely.
