Take-Two's extreme reliance on this IP will sooner or later backfire. Then we get the fake corpo cries that the system is unsustainable cause there is no "safety net" and expectations are "out of control"- ironic and funny. These corps want to be able to fail without sweating - too big to fail syndrome. Nope. You gotta sweat like everybody else and you can go under - and that is natural.

Wish them the best considering the undertaking but to me, it's an unhealthy risk.

wow lol it's about to break 40 mil views 6 hours after launching, just on the official channel - the side channels hosting it like gamespot all have multi-million views. I totally undersold this trailer - i wouldn't be surprised at 100m on day one from all youtube videos.

Well, we knew it was going to be big – but this big? GTA 6’s debut trailer has already topped 50 million views (currently at 56 million views) less than ten hours after it was unceremoniously published by Rockstar following an unexpected leak. Unsurprisingly, it’s the number one trending video on YouTube worldwide right now, and this ignores the various mirrors uploaded by major channels like IGN and Gamespot.

There’s a good chance this closes on 100 million by the end of the day. By comparison, the reveal trailer for GTA 5, back in 2011, has 96 million views in total and only 2.1 million likes and 40,000 dislikes.
