Littlebigplanet would have done well actually, even Dreams would have been a huge success. 3d platformers are just not popular these days (im saying this as a big ratchet,jak and sly fan)

They just shut down the servers for LBP3, my son was devastated... he kept trying to get into the community area. He loved making stuff in there and seeing people give him likes etc.

If it had given LBP more life, I'd have been on board.

I feel like the Live Service Littlebigplanet hub game they were working on would have been perfect for PC. No Idea why MM cancelled that.

Lbp3 was sent out to die when they gave it to Sumo instead of MM. It is a real shame they shut down the servers due to one hacker.

They should just do a remaster / remake of 1 & 2 with online and let creators do their thing on PS and eventually PC...

with the story levels of 1, 2, 3 and Portable.

Of course the creation levels would contain all items etc. from all games.

Btw, I think Sony always feared what kind of content PC players could have modded in such games.

Apperntly hub had the campaigns for 1 and 2 purchasable and it was supposed to be free to play

I think it would be perfect if they revive the idea now

Idiotic to bring ps5 games to pc at all. I've said this before but anyway:
The growing library of old and new exclusives is something that might make some people get a console with "that one new game".
I have a friend with 4080 who finally got a ps5 for gt7 and now he is playing ff16, bloodborne, demons souls and stellar blade there too.
He wouldn't make that spending if gt7 was on pc.
PC players are not goign to spend 70$ on single player games. It's not worth it to weaken your exclusives console pull so much
