As we know what Microsoft has brought in to Gaming was literally them open up a Sony Playstation 2. We know Microsoft loves to steal competition's technology and brazenly adapt and rebranding under minor differences. I fear Microsoft will steal the technology achievement of PlayStation 6 including Sony's own DSSL solution PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR). Sony will need to decide to ship devkits to Microsoft if they want Activision Blizzard and Bethesda games on PS6. What can do Sony to avoid such scenario?
Jim Ryan already said in court that in case of MS acquiring ABK, instead of sharing with them confidential info and early access to the devkit of their future console, they'd give them a middle finger instead:

MS should be treated like other 3rd-party publishers.

MS lied at FTC saying PS Minecraft didn't receive updates because Sony didn't give them PS5 devkits when Mahjong had it since before PS5 launch.

A few top publishers/devs get early access to next gen console stats or devkits.

Activision was one of them, but they lost access to the moment they sold to MS. Jim Ryan said that they don't share confidential stuff with their direct competitor, so in case of MS acquiring acquisition he'd stop sharing confential info with Activision Blizzard.

So for Sony AB/MS are now B tier devs.
