They didn’t mention 1% lows once, and didn’t OC the RAM on the 14900K to hit 8000..

Hardware unboxed doesn't do oc because oc results will depend on silicon lottery. There are already 14900k that arent stable out of the box which is why these new power limits are being put out...

Exactly. On the GPU front I was actually quite unlucky with mine, since they usually can be undervolted much more than what I can. I did it to save on power, in the order of 100w peak lol
