This is what you need to do to grow,. Advertise, market, sponsor and promote. There's no growth in just having a full featured forum and relying on word of mouth and just getting your friends from other forums to sign up. You've got to invest in more than just the tech.

It's too early to say, there needs to be a bedding in period where we all get used to this forum and see what works and what needs work. Don't go down the path of feature creep too quickly.
