Would have preferred a remake. Not sure the controls and the cameras will hold up.
Not sure about famous.
Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain was very popular.... it was probably the only game in the franchise to sell over 2 million.
But agree about the better game.

Remasters are way cheaper than Remakes... plus the risk is way bigger with Remakes too... if you don't do a really good job with the remake it can backfire to you.
A remake would have been ideal in the 7th generation. The target player base was younger and the game would have been cheaper to produce.
