Xbox has always been a trojan horse to serve many purposes. The bridge to the cloud transition is just one of many. Most important in the interim and for the past 20 years has been propping Windows Gaming by shaping the console industry in its image as best as possible.

The CMA had it in writing all along, multiple times that they intent to bleed money in an attempt to create a monopoly in cloud gaming.

This is a clear cut case of why regulators even exist in the first place, they exist to stop this exact type of thing.

It's an interesting perspective for them to say that they "sacrificed" sales of XSX when they have been sitting on the shelves for quite awhile. Maybe they did so two years ago when stock for everything was hard to find, but it seems to me like supply is more than meeting demand.

Oh well, no reason to even worry about this then. It will pass and we shall see what happens .

Judges are uncorruptible, obviously. This is why I say this. Just imagine the kind of promotion this judge's aon could get if somehow that could get to him?

MS cloud relaying on Xbox is so stupid since all their games already run on PC anyway. It's probably a way to find use to all those Xbox Series X chips that would be sitting on the shelves otherwise.
