They will have to be really inspired to top MK9. After the disappointing MK11 I have mild expectations.
I think that if a playstation showcase is planned we will surely see the game during this show.
Yeah, I'd love to have something that felt a bit like MK2, brought things back to basics.

What's actually confirmed? I've heard reboot again, and kronika returns with shinnok against lu kang's missteps. And also great kung luo's inclusion, even if he survives into current day and our kung luo remains an Elder God figure. Some ld those seem in direct competition to each other.

I used to watch a friend play at Cyrax, i think it might have been the mortal Kombat where you could sprint at an opponent.
Loved those robotic sounds he used to make with his green net and grenades, so cool, he always reminded me of a preditor for some reason.
I thought it was genius in MK10 when they fused all the Cyborgs into one - Triborg, then you could just select which variation you wanted and they didn't fill up a bunch of character slots.
He was probably the most fun character to use too.
That's because the design of cyborgs in Mortal Kombat 3 was indeed inspired by the Predator.
Finally. Hopefully it's as gritty as Mortal Kombat 9 and X. Mortal Kombat 11 was basically Injustice with gore.

I don't like how they wrote themselves into a corner a couple of games after 9. The 2011 timeline should've had more longevity IMO.
No, the announcement trailer is usually a CGI trailer. They do the gameplay reveal trailer later, which we are assuming will be at the showcase.
I can't wait. What a beautiful moment to buy a Playstation. So many awesome things are coming out: Mortal Kombat 12, Armored Core, Street Fighter, Diablo IV, Final Fantasy, Silent Hill 2 (probably next year) I don't even have enough money or time to play them all
