Buy a ps5, or wait until Sony releases the game officially, or make an account in a different region.I dont understand. What else are people supposed to do in those regions?
It's not like anybody ACTUALLY buys these ports anyways lmao
Try and read what i said again but with less anger this time. I am not saying these regions are pirating games, I am saying they are buying from unofficial channels for 2x, 3x the price. PSN can earn a lot of money directly by giving people access to PSN. People can make a PSN account anywhere but credit cards don't work. Even if that is somehow resolved, Sony can control these markets. That's called entitlement.
I don't steal games that are only released in Japan just because I'm entitled. I either import it or don't play it. Simple.
I agree with you. I have a lot of criticism for Sony for not allowing account registrations in all countries. But that doesn't mean people get to steal.Try and read what i said again but with less anger this time. The first and the third anwser is not really solving the main problem though, since you still have to make an account outside your region, which is the reason why the game is delisted in the first place.Buy a ps5, or wait until Sony releases the game officially, or make an account in a different region.
These are all avenues to play without stealing.
And it gets worse, since the game is delisted in those markets on Steam what he's actually asking them to do is change their entire Steam setup just to fix an issue with PSN services due to the bolted on multiplayer mode in an otherwise singleplayer game. The first and the third anwser is not really solving the main problem though, since you still have to make an account outside your region, which is the reason why the game is delisted in the first place.
I dont understand why you fanboys are mad, that Sony will make less money from their PC port. Isnt that good? Isnt that what you want?
If they want people to actually buy It, then add denuvo.
Not much of a gaming market in most of those. A console there can cost more than an average monthly salary. 90% of people living in some of those countries can't afford one, let alone games. All of these countries have a gaming market. Most of it is dominated by Sony. Not having an official presence in these regions even after so many decades is not good business. PSN can make a ton of money from digital purchases because people won't have to deal with third-party sellers who themselves decide what a game or console will be sold for. A popular PS5 game can go for upwards of $120.
They should have cut the online multiplayer. And it gets worse, since the game is delisted in those markets on Steam what he's actually asking them to do is change their entire Steam setup just to fix an issue with PSN services due to the bolted on multiplayer mode in an otherwise singleplayer game.
How do you think cutting content would have gone over with the PC crowd? Be completely honest. They should have cut the online multiplayer.
Cant wait to see how modders will ruin that one.
I remember when Helldivers 1 came out on PC and shared the galactic war progress between consoles and PC. We were winning the galactic wars in 10 minutes, becouse PC master race were modding and cheating the progress bar.
Cheating is the reason why I hope that GT7 will never come to PC. It's gonna be a complete shit fest.
The dude is a two-faced hypocrite. He pirates Nintendo games behind the veneer of "well they aren't available for purchase" (yeah right, does anyone believe that he's only emulating old games? Get the fuck outta here) and now he's just exposing that he doesn't give a shit about supporting devs that are actively selling the game. He just thinks that people are entitled to play games whenever they want, for free. Instead of advocating for Sony to establish a retail storefront in those countries he just tells them to steal. He's a complete poser and this is the reason AAA games stayed away from PC for over a decade.
I dont really care to be honest. It's their problem. Not like they are buying It anyways. Why should the PlayStation userbase suffer becouse Sony wants a bigger MAU number this month. How do you think cutting content would have gone over with the PC crowd? Be completely honest.
This is not true. Not much of a gaming market in most of those. A console there can cost more than an average monthly salary. 90% of people living in some of those countries can't afford one, let alone games.
