Not gonna happen. Unless they will make Switch 2 for 900$ which ain't happening.
Steamdeck is $400 & plays both PS4 & PS5.

I don’t think Nintendo would have to do much to have more if not all 3rd party after the success of Switch 1. Even if Switch 2 is series S or PS4 you have games like TLOU 2, Horizon, Elden Ring releasing on Series S/PS4. Either way I think 3rd party will bend over to release there games simultaneously across PS, Nintendo & PC especially japanese publisher

Brah, read the press releases. Microsoft was touting how everyone was buying a 360 and a Wii, how they weren't competing platforms.

Sony is porting games to the switch, they aren't competing.

Neither companies see Nintendo as competition because handheld and low end power aren't the same as high end power. Both companies are retarded because Nintendo is about to leach 60 million PS4 owners from Sony.
We had these discussions already ad nauseum, during the ABK deal. We have official legal documents, internal documents from Ps and from Xbox.

Xbox didnt even include Nintendo in their reports for management.

they didn't say it did
they said it played ps4 and ps5 games
which
it does
maybe not exceptionally well, but it can technically play them
I believe the implication is that a Switch successor could technically handle ps4 and ps5 games, if its at least as powerful as a steam deck.

Thank God for that.

I was worried we will see more regurgitated HD ports of previous gen games from Nintendo.

Then again don’t count Nintendo out to do it.
