Find a way to get PS+ to PC and let them buy into your ecosystem, they did it already with PS NOW.

More flexibility in price for PS5

Discontinue PSVR2, such dead weight.

Incorporate PS+ streaming into the Portal

Give us GAMES... And be more transparent with your community. Enough with the secrecy it's actually insulting

Continue to find good partnerships like Shift Up.

Bury the hatchet with Quantic Dreams and bring them back onboard if possible.

Find a way to acquire Arrowhead and be more aggressive with utilizing Helldivers 2 to cross brand promotion synergy for PS IP's.

I think they're done expanding for now unless S-E sends out a "buy or we die" notice.
GoT2, DS2 and Venom arrive next year. Oh, and I guess Concord too.
Wolverine, Astro, Fairgames and Marathon in 2026.

This is the biggest one

I don't even ask for huge bombastic trailers, just let us know what are working on and give us some kind of update.

All the fans want is just a little bit of communication not silence for years on end. It's been over 5 years since we have had any kind of update from some of their studios.

What exactly is Sony's strategy here? Do NOTHING and act surprised that they once again failed to meet console sales targets.

I'm not sure if Sony Management realises this ir not but you need to actually release games if you want to sell consoles.
