It’s nothing to worry over. Probably just not ready to spend on marketing and hype till they’re closer to release window.
They’re also not the biggest games. One is a reskinned ps2 game and the other outsourced and cheap. It may not pay off to hype them up for a year.

They are under development. They'll show them when whoever is in charge of the marketing -in this case the publisher- considers it's the time to do it because they are ready and strategically make sense for them.
Not showing trailers during some months doesn't mean there's some issue with the games. Maybe they just want to wait to have the gameplay in a more final and polished state, or maybe have some deal with Sony to show it in some specific State of Play, Showcase or PS blog to fill some Sony marketing roadmap slot.
Sony has a lot of great games in PS to be released the first half of 2024, so will focus on marketing them. MGSD and SH2 pretty likely are for the second half of the year, in that case they'll start to market them in May/June.

Rise of the Ronin in 1 month! I have it pre-ordered. Will probably end up being too hard for me (like Elden Ring/Dark Souls). But it has difficulty options.
