Silent Hill not well-known? I've heard it all lmao 🤣

25 years old franchise with tons of games, movies, spinoffs, etc.

PT and the blue box conspiracy was the most talked about conspiracy ever and that was recent. The interest for Silent Hill was there.
Holy shit, remember blue box? Whatever happened with that?

I do buy games, but not rehashed old shit. Recently bought Helldivers 2, Warhammer 40.000 Space Marine 2, Modern Warfare etc, etc.

Just not "spit and polish" antiques.
Pc gamers apparantly don't want remasters? Doesnt mean we don't buy games.

We don't buy the same type of games I think. And that's absolutely fine.

PC gamers buy there type of games or the hugely hyped one like Wu Kong. They normally wait till price drops for there games.

Which is hilarious because they always say Horizon wouldnt sell the numbers on PS4 without discount/sales.

And of course they are use to pirating, I have a family member who will argue on Neogaf or real life that emulation isnt illegal if you have bought a copy of a game, but I know he pirates games lol

Now someone will say to you that it doesn't matter because the cost of PC version is only $2 mil. Which just confirms this games exist only because PS players were expected to pay for it's development

Piracy is easier on PC yes. But games are much cheaper on PC anyway. If you don't want to invest in games, don't but a gaming rig.

Like buying a car and stealing fuel......

Been hearing that for 6 years. If PS6 comes with no day and date are you gonna stop saying this?
Well yeah if Sony won't accelerate their ports in the next 4 years of course I'm gonna stop saying it. But it's a little hard to believe.

That's because streamers love horror and that applies to Silent Hill as well and it defeats the narrative that horror doesn't do well on PC.

Outlast and Dead by Daylight are extremely popular as well.
FNAF had the community driven story and focus on gameplay with a shit tons of replayability going for Itself, where SH2R is a one and done, slow and quiet horror game focused on ambience. It's not a fun game to watch streamers play, especialy for normies.

THIS is why we're not buying it. When will devs learn that the modern audience dont actually play games?

People shouldn't act all Surprised Pikachu when devs fuck over their fans by going for a small group of screetching, entitled idiots.

gta 6 on pc would do wukong numbers, probably more on day and date release. Bad take from you. But most of your takes are bad, so what can i expect?
GTA5 already did way way way way more than Wukong numbers on PC releasing years after way way way way more than Wukong numbers on console.

And you come to talk about bad take lol

Concurrent player counts are a very bad figure to use for single player games (I wouldn't assess non-service games using it tbh, and even then I'd be very careful), and the game in question is around 12-15 hours to finish, meaning that most gamers will finish it and move on, this isn't a Starfield or Elder Scrolls game where you can play them for +100 hours and not get done.

Additionally, the game has a 2-day early access attached to Deluxe Edition, this actually resulted in over 12k players getting on the game before it even released, which you completely overlook.

@mibu no ookami Sparking Zero does have early access with the special editions.
