With the low revenue from Startfield they will probably at least put it in the table for high executives and Phil probably won't have more lies arguments anymore.

Apparently they will be using the same engine from Starfield, if so i hope it stays just on Xbox,
It's not just the engine, plenty of talented developers can do wonders on old game engines. Not so with Bethesda.
The next Elder Scrolls will not be Xbox exclusive, as the Xbox division will have been shut down long before it comes out.

He can kick rocks. If Xbox is still around it will be console exclusive. However the game is like 6+ years away... he's mincing words since the future is also not guaranteed for Xbox.
Just say it will be exclusive I dont see what the big deal is, he just doesn't want to get bad press for making it exclusive. Of course it will be exclusive, they did this same shit with Starfield, they didn't want to admit it would be exclusive at first.
