There's a level of expectation when it comes to PlayStation and the types of mistakes they've been making this gen are beyond amateur! So yes, for what I expect from them and how they've been moving, they're currently trash!
I'm not gonna applaud the few good things they've done this gen because it has NOTHING to do with Jim/Hermen, and YOU KNOW this already....All the good things I'm happy about from Sony like Spider-Man 2, FF7 Rebirth, Ragnarok, Stellar Blade, etc were all in motion 5+ years ago. And yes including Astro Bot as well.
