These specs *could* be bogus. Its common on a lot of Japanese game releases for the specs to be overinflated. Maybe they didn't have older hardware to test on. Doesn't make much sense for a much older game to require much higher specs.
Could also be the settings they're testing at though.
Course, it could also be that the port is ass and it runs like garbo. Guess we'll see.

RDR2 ran at 4k 30 at optimized settings on an FX 6300 and RX 590.

I don't see this game being more demanding than that. Probably they just tested the PCs they had lying around. Specs keep being given as if we were in 1998.

Emulation costs more processing power then running native code. :p
you're wilding if you think this release is emulation, probably just bogus specs
there aren't even official PS2/Gamecube/Xbox games emulated on PC, let alone PS3/360.

Bro it was a pun at how lazy devs are when re-releasing crap (being it optimising or just rolling out a rom with builtin emulation)........ Easy there... ;)
This should be able to run on a damn potato

I remember when the PC port of metal gear rising recommended a 3770k OR an FX4100... Studios just throw specs randomly most of the time.
