Green? Horrible

Well they already used most of the main colors.

Persona: Purple in 25th Anniversary (Gray in 20th Anniversary)
Persona 2 IS / EP: Orange in 25th Anniversary (Red P2 IS / Off-white P2 EP in 20th Anniversary)
Persona 3: Blue / Loss
Persona 4: Yellow / Deception
Persona 5: Red / Desire

Green for P6 seems to fit... depends of the emotion choose.
Excitement, Compassion, Optimism, etc are green emotions.

Edit - Seems like Atlus wants to associate the Persona 2 duo with Orange (in 25th Anniversary marketing... it were Red in P2 IS and Off-white in P2 EP in 20th Anniversary marketing)... they started to have color themes in Persona 3 so the previous games is what Atlus choose after Persona 3.

In fact only the Persona 3, 4 and 5 where created based in a color / emotion theme.
