The Playstation fans are running their mouths on Twitter. If the acquisition falls through, it’s going to be so embarrassing

I don't think most of them are real PlayStation fans. Just terminally online console warriors and a lot of them probably didn't even really jump into PlayStation until the PS4 era.

A lot of the genuine fans, I'd say we're interested and excited to see what happens with all of this, but also acknowledge there might be a couple complications integrating things and there may be some valid concerns worth addressing/talking about.

Either that, or we're also calling out the hypocrisy of Xbox fanboys who were (and still are) cheering about MS buying ABK and wanting all those games to go exclusive, but "suddenly" consolidation is a bad thing when Sony's looking to acquire a powerhouse with some real IP & talent, and not some no-name GAAS startup (sorry Firewalk).

Hey!! Not every Xbox fan is against acquisitions from Sony. I was happy when they acquired Insomniac, Housemarque and Bluepoint Games.

The people complaining are exactly those Xbox Fanboys (disguising as PS-Fans or whatever).

They cheered for ABK because they hoped that they can play every AAA-Game in the future for $10/Month.

Now they realize that their Messiah-Platform is nothing but a failure, drifting into irrelevance, not fullfilling their hilarious dreams/expectations.

I am honestly surprised that their estimated value is really that low!

FromSoftware Games is one of the most stable brands in the industry, right now!

It was always very interesting that Sony labeled Bluepoint a support studio in their business update.

The speed in which they could help FromSoftware get high quality games out would be tremendous. That's not even mentioning Nixxes.

To do all the things they were doing before and supporting FromSoftware, they'd have to double in size. Amazing strategic buys from Jim Ryan if they end up assisting FromSoftware in the future.

Between the 3 studios, I could see them pumping out 3 games and 1 ports and a remaster over the next 5 years.

they only made one game on Nintendo that was dark souls remaster how's this effecting them they don't even have a relationship with Nintendo like Sony does with Kadokawa they literally helped get rights back for Eden Ring from bandai also Nintendo ain't really interested in the anime and manga sector that Kadokawa has like Sony is

they coping Sony owns music,movies and TVs and headphones Nintendo is big first party publisher but not as big as Sony when it comes to other sectors they can use to allocate money to also Nintendo doesn't even have shares in Kadokawa and fromsoftware
