Probably a multiplayer only, live service game.... the other pictures show an arena type of setup where it looks like you could customize the arena like in Halo forge.

If that's the official character art then all I can is that looks absolutely awful. Where the fuck is Evil Within 3 ? I hope this is a smaller project and not some big budgeted game, cause this reeks of trash.
