Yeah 40fps stable is good.Aim for 40fps on base PS5 Rockstar
I think so too especially for a game like this and won't leave base owners too far behind the Pro. Hopefully itay achievableYeah 40fps stable is good.
Good to hear.Grand Theft Auto VI will feature a revamped police system. They’ll take longer to reach crime scenes but approach in a more realistic way, if you manage to slip them during chases they’ll remember the licence plate or the color and car model they will also knock on your apartment if they know where you live. You can even bribe ‘some’ police officers. All this was found in the leaked gameplay footage showing the new police system!
If (and I doubt it is) it's 60fps on xss....expect lower than 720p.Nope. Xbox series S has a similar CPU and fast SSD. They could run it at 60 FPS but at 720p or lower if the game is not an absolute CPU hog.
At one point it's too much of a compromise to offer such an option. Besides the elephant in the room is GTA Online 2. Make no mistake, the game is GTA Online 2 with a single player add on.
Online is typically more demanding and they will have to maintain it for a decade or more. Too many questions around this game, will they consider a switch 2 release down the line? Would that compromise the quality of the game on more powerful hardware as they accommodate for nintendo? I remember GTAV being a game that scaled incredibly well across several configurations. Could be ran on 8800GT and core 2 as well as punish high end rigs.
Ever since the GTA 6 trailer dropped, it was clear that visuals would be a huge part of the game. According to analysis, it showed a heavy emphasis on ray-traced shadows and reflections.
Several months later, a new listing confirms that GTA 6 will indeed focus on ray-tracing for its visuals.
Why it matters: This would make GTA 6 Rockstar Games’ first AAA game to be built around ray-tracing.
According to a job listing on Rockstar Games’ Linkedin, the team is looking for a ‘Senior Graphics Programmer.’ This position requires someone with experience in using real-time ray-tracing APIs. The evidence aligns with what the first trailer showcased.
As you can see in this screenshot, sunlight transitions to shadow between buildings as the light bounces off the buildings surface next to it. This is global illumination which makes light realistically reflect off surfaces.
The effect will be most noticeable indoors with sunlight shining through windows, the sunlight will bounce around the room creating realistic lighting conditions.
This will also make nights a lot more realistic with light sources illuminating objects around them, this includes moonlight which will be far more realistic.
