The cherry blossom concept is Masahiro Ito's brainchild and is set in a modern day latin country.

Silent Hill f doesn't involve Ito and is set in 1960s Japan.



The Taiwan listing and the leaks from Dusk Golem are the confirmation of Sakura and The Short Message being the same game. Unlike the Korean listing, the Taiwan listing contained a teaser image and plot information, which could be why it was taken down.
